1. What QaiMa is
QaiMa is a design tool that helps restaurants create printable and digital menus. We provide the software; you provide your menu content — dish names, descriptions, prices, images and branding.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access. You must be able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use QaiMa.
3. Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to the menus, text, logos and images you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display that content so the service works — for example, serving your published menu to guests who scan your QR code. You confirm you have the right to use any logo, photo or artwork you upload.
4. Our designs
QaiMa's templates, artwork and software remain ours. You may use them freely to produce menus for your own venues, including commercially. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the templates themselves as a competing product.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, infringe anyone's rights, attempt to breach the service's security, or use QaiMa to mislead people about prices or allergens. Menus must comply with the food-labelling rules that apply to your venue — including, in Dubai, calorie display requirements for qualifying chains.
6. Printing and accuracy
Exports are generated from your browser at high resolution in RGB colour. Colour appearance varies by press, paper and finishing. Always review a physical proof from your print shop before a full run. We are not responsible for print costs arising from unproofed files or from errors in the content you entered.
7. Availability
We aim to keep QaiMa available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending the relationship
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Changes and contact
